Sheringham Day Services

A Welcoming Space With Engaging Activities

Our centre is a hub of social activity where you can meet new friends, enjoy stimulating conversations and feel part of a caring community.  Our support workers have dementia training to offer additional assistance.

From arts and crafts and gentle excercise classes to quizzes, board games and music with local choirs, school children and therapy animals visiting, there is always something happening to keep you entertained and active.

Our Aim:

Our aim is to maintain our clients' independence and help them to continue to live at home and participate in community life for as long as possible. Through attending our day service hub, our clients can have regular social contact, reducing social isolation and helping to maintain mental abilities.

The Day Centre is open four days a week (Tuesdays to Fridays) and the Meals on Heels service operates on the same days, providing a hot two course meal to your door for £7.00.  Please book in advance on 01263 821188.
